We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee all Branch Managers, Account Managers, Contract Managers, and assist with our growth and expansion. This Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, employee retention, and the implementation of company policies and procedures. A qualified candidate for his Director of Operations position should have a minimum 2-years’ experience leading and managing a Security Guard force servicing a minimum of 8,000-10,000 hours per week or between 300-500 security officers.


  • Implement policies and procedures that improve the efficiency of company operations and assist with

    company growth and expansion

  • Oversee all company operations across accounts and geographical areas

  • Direct startup and transitions into new contracts

  • Conduct business operations in accordance with company Mission, Vision, and Core Values

  • Implement performance management and security offer development programs

  • Work with senior management and executive team to lead day-to-day company operations

  • Meet with clients to develop strong relationships and manage client relations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience developing and implementing company processes 

  • Ability to lead a large organization and cultivate company culture and employee relationships 

  • Experience managing financial responsibilities (Profit & Loss, Budgets, Overtime, Inventory) 

  • Experience leading and developing mid-level managers and supervisors 

  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing best practices for Operations within a Security 

    Guard Company
