About Our Founder, Krista Pouncy-Dyson
For 16 years, she was an advertising sales leader at NOLA.com and The Times-Picayune. In January 2016, she launched her own agency Performance First Digital. Her latest venture is DiversityEmployed.com, which aims to connect hiring managers to candidates who can help them build more inclusive workforces.
